So it's been a rough couple weeks. Jed was sick a couple days last week and didn't work. It was just a nasty head cold .. that I now have, a week later. So we had to battle through that while we were doing our midterms last week and this week.
Last night we went swimming and Jed got water past his eardrum from diving too quickly, which ended up hurting at 930pm and got way worse around 1145pm. The pain ended up being far too much to wait til the student health center opened at 8am so we went to the ER since there's no urgent care open at 230am. Ended up being a middle ear infection & he was prescribed an antibiotic, a numbing ear drop, and lotsa motrin. Got him in bed & not in intense pain around 330am. He's way better today, poor thing.
I think getting to bed that late myself triggered my cold into full-blown-ness - oh goody. Well, Jed finished his midterms last week (getting 100% on his Church History paper - yay!) and I finished mine today so we just have to make it through 6 more weeks of school and single-dom, and then we're married and together always and forever. :D
